The all day Mount Teide tour collects you from your accommodation at around 9am, returning you by around 5pm. Stop 1: Pass by Las Canadas 1st sight on your Teide tour
The tour first passes through Las Canadas and navigates its way through the winding roads of the Tenerife countryside. Here you will witness amazing views of pine forests and breathtaking scenery. But Las Canadas is just the starter of the Teide Tour experience, as the bus ascends higher up the mountain the views become more impressive.
Stop 2: Mount Teide sightseeing and lunar landscapes

Mount Teide tour with Cable Car
There is an option on this tour to take the Cable car ride to the Rambleta Viewing platform. This is subject to weather and availability and not included in the price of the Teide Tour.
The Teide Cable Cars accommodate up to 44 people and take you from. The base station sits 2,356m above sea level and offers spectacular views of the peaks surrounding Mt Teide.
The ascent from the base station to the upper station takes just 8 minutes and transports visitors to 3,555m above sea level. There is no coffee shop here and you are advised to take suitable clothing for a drop in temperature.
Mount Teide Tour Lunch and Refreshments
This tour does not include lunch but it is possible to grab a bite to eat at the cable car base station. Please also take note that cable car rides to Mount Teide are not included in the standard rates and you need to add the Cable Car as an optional extra. For guests not wanting to add the Cable Car Experience you will have some free time to explore the base station area at your leisure.
