Three Canary Island beaches are featured in eBookings top ten beaches in Spain, with one particular hitting the top spot.

Leading the way and sitting in top spot is the impressive Sand Dunes of Corralejo in Fuerteventura. These naturally created dunes are can be found in the North of the island and form part of the Corralejo Natural Park. This stunning area spans approximately 2,600 hectares and is characterised by its vast expanses of golden sand dunes, some reaching heights of up to 50 meters. The park offers a unique desert-like landscape contrasted by the turquoise waters of the Atlantic Ocean, creating a striking and picturesque environment.
Papagayo beach in Lanzarote takes 4th place. Located in the Los Ajaches Natural Monument area on the southern coast of the island Papagayo Beach is renowned for crystal-clear turquoise waters, golden sand, and rugged volcanic surroundings, making it one of the most picturesque areas in the Canary Islands.
Comprising of several small coves and beaches, with the most famous being Playa de Papagayo it sits in a crescent and is sheltered by cliffs, creating a calm and tranquil environment perfect for swimming and snorkelling. The clarity of the water and the abundance of marine life make it an ideal spot for underwater activities. The area is also popular with Catamaran trips on the island.
Following closely behind in 5th place is Los Gigantes in Tenerife. Set against a backdrop of dramatic cliffs, which are among the island's most famous natural features along with its black volcanic sand. With calm waters Los Gigantes is an ideal spot for swimming, sunbathing, and relaxing by the sea. The clarity of the water also makes it suitable for snorkelling, allowing visitors to explore the underwater world and observe marine life.
